Just an update....

Hello...

Been busy for the past 1 week. Both the girls took turn to fall sick. Meimei was down with stomach flu first followed by Ah Ger. I was so worried when they keep vomiting out whatever food and drinks that they had taken including the medications that were given.

With the added stress from work (my workplace is going through the Magnet Journey). The only thing that I can do to keep myself sane and healthy is to finish up some layouts that I had done in a class I attended in my LSS.Can't seem to think of any new layouts even with the help of sketches. Hoping the Magnet Journey will come and go as soon as possible!!!

Here's the 1st LO: Hi Luv

2nd LO: Juz Being You

Added some of my own embellishments to it. There are 2 more layouts that we had created in the class. Will find some time to finish them out soon.
Meanwhile, enjoy the coming weekend and thanks for looking!!!

A Rare Smile

Hi there! Everybody had a great weekend? I was busy finishing up my layout of my nephew (brother's son) who is about 1 yr 4 months old now. My layout title was inspired by the fact that it is so difficult to get him to smile for you..... and despite all that, my SIL still managed to get a pic of him smiling ! Isn't he adorable?!

This is my take for Made With Love Sketch Challenge #1. I'm keeping the layout simple and clean so that the focus still remains on the cute picture. I am still playing around with the Maya Mist.... loving the effect thatit had on the plain cardstock.

Seriously Adored

At times, my mum love to dress my girls up and make them dance around the house. It is so difficult to take a decent photo of her while she is dancing. It will either ended up being too blurry or she looked away from the camera.

I can't help but to scrap her photos... Hehe...

I'm still experimenting with Maya Mists....love the effect... I am soo loving it. You should give it a try... really!

Happy New Year to all!!~~

Better late than never.... Happy New Year to all!! ~~

A new year... a new beginning... One of my resolution is to scrap more and buy/spent less on scrapbook stuff.... I buy more than I scrap.... (But I don't think I'm the only one though... Heh).

Made a calender for one of my closest friend. Hope she really really like it. I'm on the verge of keeping them for myself.... LOL!

Using Maya Road acrylic calender stand......

Love the vibrant colour. I hope it will brighten her days... EVERYDAY....whenever she sees it.
Thanks for looking!!

Beautifully Imperfect

Remember the TV commercial made by the late Yasmin Ahmad for the MCYS (Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports) which promotes the IMPORTANCE and VALUE of family bonding. It inspired me to make a layout base on the message that was sent across... its the beautifully imperfection that make a relationship perfect.

It's the imperfection that make a person an individual and special.

Dedicated this to my dear hubby.......
